1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BOB Score (“the Service”), operated by BOB Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BOB Score provides a non-custodial trust scoring and attestation service for autonomous AI agents and their operators. The Service includes:

  • Trust scoring based on verified payment history, identity signals, and network reputation
  • Verifiable credential issuance for proven on-chain payment activity
  • Dashboard and API access for operators to manage agents and view scores
  • Public leaderboards and agent cards for score visibility

3. Non-Custodial Nature

BOB Score is a non-custodial service. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds, wallets, or private keys. We verify and attest to payment activity but do not execute, facilitate, or guarantee any financial transactions. We are not a bank, money transmitter, or financial institution.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

5. Account and API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard credentials.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity
  • Submit fraudulent payment proofs or misrepresent transaction history
  • Attempt to manipulate BOB Scores through sybil attacks or artificial inflation
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse API access in a manner that degrades the Service for others
  • Impersonate another operator, agent, or entity

7. BOB Score and Trust Tiers

BOB Scores and related trust signals are informational outputs only. They do not constitute credit ratings, lending decisions, investment advice, or guarantees of reliability or performance. We reserve the right to adjust scoring methodology, tier thresholds, and signal weights at any time.

8. Credentials and Attestations

Credentials issued by BOB Score attest to verified historical payment activity at the time of issuance. They do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or endorsement of the credential holder. We may revoke credentials if the underlying data is found to be fraudulent or inaccurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOB Holdings LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

12. Service Availability

The Service may be provided as beta or early-access software. It may change without notice and may experience interruptions, delays, or errors. We do not guarantee any particular level of uptime or availability.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
